► RCG-North Little Rock VII LLC, an affiliate of RCG Ventures of Atlanta, paid $20.3M for the 170,385-SF Market Plaza Shopping Center at 4201 E. McCain Blvd. in North Little Rock.
Tenants at the retail center, built in 1984, include Best Buy, Petco, Big Lots, Jason’s Deli, Ollie’s Bargain Outlet and Springhill Wine & Spirits.
Seller: Market Plaza Ltd., led by William Daniel Thomas III.
► Arbor Construction LLC, led by Michael Moran, sold a 5,005-SF house in the Woodlands Edge neighborhood of west Little Rock to Steven and Michelle Kordell for nearly $1.3 million.
► Patricia and William James Jr. bought a 6,029-SF home in North Little Rock’s Hayden Heights neighborhood for $1.2 million from Medlock Management Co. LLC, led by Brad Medlock.
► Lynn Lane LLC of San Diego sold its namesake 22-unit apartment project at 4416 Lynn Lane in North Little Rock to Sam Emmerling for $1.1 million.
► The George M. Wells Revocable Trust and Rebecca Fitzjerrell Wells Revocable Trust acquired the 2,648-SF Baptist Health Urgent Care at 11402 W. Markham St. in west Little Rock for $1 million.
