The sale of a North Little Rock shopping center starts off this week’s list of million-dollar real estate & construction transactions.

► RCG-Little Rock PM LLC, an affiliate of Atlanta’s RCG Ventures paid $25.8 million for the 314,236-SF McCain Plaza at 4200 E. McCain Blvd. in North Little Rock.

Seller: ARG MPLTRAR001 LLC, an affiliate of Global Net Lease in Newport, Rhode Island.

► First Troy SPE LLC, an affiliate of First Bank of Southern Pines, North Carolina, recovered the 52-room Red Roof Inn at 5711 Pritchard Road.

Previous owner: SAI Lodging Inc., led by Rajenrakumar Patel.

► Pladcock LLC, led by Scott Hurley, purchased a nearly 20.5-acre tract near the edge of west Little Rock for $1.7 million.

Who sold the property on the west side of Kanis Road between Baker Elementary and Panther Branch Drive? Rowan Development LLC, led by Jacob Chi.

► Three Innwood LLC, led by Mark Koch, sold its namesake west Little Rock address for more than $1.5 million.

The new owner of the 18,400-SF office building at 3 Innwood Circle? Marsh Properties LLC, led by Michael Marsh.

► The Jason Beck Revocable Trust acquired a 5,094-SF home on more than 15 acres in west Pulaski County from the Forrest & Monica Glover Revocable Trust for $1.1 million.
