Nuqleous Acquires Retail Analytics Firm TR3 Solutions

2 min read

Nuqleous of Bentonville, a provider of automated retail space planning and performance analytics software, announced the acquisition of retail and supply chain analytics firm TR3 Solutions of Stoneham, Massachusetts.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

In a news release, Nuqleous said the deal expands its platform connections to more than 100 retailers and broadens its suite of analytics solutions for suppliers of consumer packaged goods. The deal also expands Nuqleous’ global reach in key markets in North America and Europe.

TR3’s platform supports business models including private label, direct store delivery, direct import and omnichannel operations. The firm’s data management and integration capabilities are designed to streamline replenishment and optimize shipping, reducing the time spent on data compilation.

“TR3’s supply chain capabilities are transformative for our customers,” Garrett Levey, co-CEO of Nuqleous, said in the release. “Automating replenishment and providing real-time, actionable data enables faster responses to retailer demands. Generating orders in minutes rather than hours helps prevent lost sales and drive significant revenue. Our combined solutions will streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance business performance.”

The acquisition is the second Nuqleous has announced in recent weeks. In early June, the company announced the purchase of Shiloh Technologies of Rogers, a provider of artificial intelligence-powered retail analytics.

The transactions come after Nuqleous secured a $26 million growth investment last year from Blue Ladder Capital, a private investment and operating firm that specializes in B2B software companies.

Nuqleous was founded in 2013 and was named one of the fastest growing U.S. companies by Inc. magazine in 2021 and 2022. Its clients include Walmart Inc., Target Corp., The Kroger Co., PepsiCo Inc., The Kellogg Co. and Anheuser-Busch Companies LLC.
