O’Brien Right of Way Valuation of Fort Worth, Texas, is opening a corporate office in Fayetteville to serve clients across the South Central U.S.
The Fayetteville office will be the firm’s third corporate office and will be led by Brian Kenworthy.He brings more than a decade of appraisal experience in Arkansas to his role at O’Brien, the company said in a news release. He was previously the first vice president of CBRE’s Valuation and Advisory Services Group.
Nathan Broyles will join Kenworthy at the new office. Broyles has nearly two decades of right of way and eminent domain valuation experience in Arkansas. He most recently served as a senior valuation associate at CBRE’s Valuation and Advisory Services Group and worked as a lead appraiser for the Arkansas Department of Transportation.
“Our expansion is spearheaded by two seasoned right of way appraisal experts with deep Arkansas roots, further solidifying our commitment to serving infrastructure clients in this region and across the U.S.,” Mike O’Brien, president and founder of the company, said in the release.
O’Brien Right of Way Valuation, founded in 2008, provides property appraisals and market analyses for thousands of public and private right of way clients. The firm’s projects are primarily focused on transportation, including highways, railroads, airports, city and county roadways, marine terminals and bulkheaded ship channel sites, as well as utilities like electric transmission lines, pipelines, oil and gas surface sites, water and sewer lines, new reservoirs and flood control.
The firm currently has 26 employees, 21 of which are right of way appraisers.
