A 38,272-SF office-warehouse in Little Rock weighed in at $2 million.

Luttrell Properties LLC, led by Rel and Sondra Luttrell, purchased the Image One project at 3300 W. 65th St. project.

The sellers are Ed Willis and Grew LLC, led by Gary Rogers.

The deal is backed with a five-year loan of $1.7 million from First Financial Bank of El Dorado.

The 5-acre development was acquired for $1.1 million in December 2011 from Treadway Electric Co., led by Terry Rogers.

Assembly Required

A 17-unit apartment building in Little Rock changed hands in an $800,000 transaction.

Irwin Cantrell Properties LLC, led by Warren Stephens, bought the 1419 Cantrell Road project from Michael Braden.

The acquisition completes the assembly of a 4.43-acre tract between North Street and Cantrell Road that adjoins the Episcopal Collegiate campus.

Braden purchased the 0.24-acre apartment development for $97,500 in January 1993 from James and Juanita Winn.

Retail Sale

A 15,334-SF retail project in Little Rock rang up a $750,000 sale.

F&M Financials LLC of Memphis acquired the Asher Center at 6323 Col. Glenn Road from the David Terry Landers Trust.

The 1.59-acre development was bought for $183,000 in February 1993 from the Resolution Trust Corp., as receiver for Madison Guaranty Savings & Loan Association.

Duplex Acquisition

A duplex in downtown Little Rock is under new ownership after a $320,000 deal. Peyton Martin purchased the 2000 S. State St. project from Peach Tree Investments LLC of Oakland, California.

The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $314,204 from CrossCountry Mortgage LLC of Cleveland.

Peach Tree acquired the 0.17-acre development for $60,000 in May 2022 from the estate of Thelma Banks.

Falstone Court I

A 4,960-SF home in west Little Rock’s Falstone Court neighborhood tipped the scales at $1.17 million.

Tsukasa and Kyoko Nakamura bought the house from Stevens Commercial Contractors Inc., led by Jackie Stevens. The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $1.1 million from Arvest Bank of Fayetteville.

The 0.26-acre site was purchased for $101,000 in March 2022 from PotlatchDeltic Real Estate LLC.

Falstone Court II

A 4,187-SF home in west Little Rock’s Falstone Court neighborhood weighed in at $1.06 million.

6 Falstone Court Trust, led by Adam Flock, acquired the house from the Terry Barnes Revocable Trust.

The deal is backed with a 30-year loan of $742,000 from First Financial Bank. The revocable trust bought the residence for $945,000 in September 2002 from Jaymae Properties LLC, led by Jay and Magen Stewart.

Heights Abode

A 3,304-SF home in the Heights area of Little Rock sold for $875,000.

Lloyd Church Jr. and Kathy Henderson purchased the house from Douglas and Ashli Cohen.

The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $200,000 from Legacy National Bank of Springdale.

The Cohens acquired the residence for $705,000 in January 2021 from HBH Builders LLC, led by Boyce Holmes.

Waterview Meadows

A 3,394-SF home in the Waterview Meadows neighborhood of west Pulaski County drew a $720,000 transaction.

Geof­frey and Amy Barter bought the house from MC&T Holdings LLC, led by Lee Maris. The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $576,000 from Eustis Mortgage Corp. of New Orleans.

MC&T purchased the 0.45-acre site for $95,000 in March 2023 from AI View LLC, led by German Jimenez.

Longlea House

A 4,219-SF home in west Little Rock’s Longlea neighborhood changed hands in a $689,000 deal.

Kristel Magsino and Ryan Pao acquired the house from Kyle and Lauren Billingsley.

The deal is backed with a 30-year loan of $689,000 from First Horizon Bank of Memphis.

The Billingsleys bought the residence for $449,000 in August 2020 from Sean Hinson and Kristen Hinson.

Austin Lakes Pointe

A 3,731-SF home in Sherwood’s Austin Lakes Pointe neighborhood rang up a $609,000 sale.

The Ryder Trust, led by Roy Ryder III and his wife, Kristina, purchased the house from the Kathleen Paddock Revocable Trust.

The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $314,000 from FirstTrust Home Loans Inc. of Sheridan.

The 0.7-acre site was acquired for $77,000 in January 2001 from Jeffrey and Janice Heslep.

Ferndale Buy

GA Rose Family Properties LLC, led by Gregory Rose, paid $1.6 million for a 2,650-SF home and a nearly 57-acre spread not far from the northeast corner of Ferndale Cutoff and Studer roads.

The seller is Ferndale Properties LLC, led by James and Amanda Moore. The Moores bought the property in October 1982 as part of a $420,000 deal with Clyde and Elizabeth Campbell.
