Apartments in west Little Rock, a future nursing home site in Benton, Faulkner County pastureland and a future car lot in Bryant form this week’s quartet of million-dollar real estate transactions.

► Otter Creek Apartments LLC, an affiliate of Read Property Group of Brooklyn, New York, bought the 96-unit Otter Creek Cottages project at 1 Quail Run Circle for $5.7 million.

Seller? Otter Creek Housing Associates Ltd., an affiliate of Highridge Costa Investors of Gardena, California.

► Summit-Reynolds LLC, led by Richard Williams, sold a 38.4-acre tract at the northwest corner of Benton Parkway and Alcoa Road in Benton for $2.6 million.

Buyer: Saline Manor LLC, led by Michael Morton.

► Fureigh Family Revocable Trust, led by Benjamin Fureigh III, purchased a 275-acre spread 3 miles north of Enola for more than $1.6 million from Joe and Kelley Lasley.

► 1st Commercial Resources LLC, led by Roger Snyder, sold the 4,680-SF Smugglers Bay project at 3200 N. Reynolds Road in Bryant for more than $1 million.
