► Otter Creek Villas LLC, led by June Walker, sold its namesake 100-unit apartment project in west Little Rock for more than $6.6 million.

Buyer: 13600 Otter Creek Parkway LLC of Pasadena, California.

► LPG Little Rock LLC, an affiliate of Bella Asset Management of Richland Hills, Texas, bought the 224-unit Spanish Jon Apartments at 5001 W. 65th St. in south Little Rock for more than $4 million.

Seller? Republic Spanish Jon Ltd., an affiliate of Toronto’s Republic Funds.

► Hounds Properties West LR LLC, led by Justin and Mandy Marshall, purchased the 10,000-SF Bowman Place project at 1308-1316 S. Bowman Road for more than $1.7 million.

Seller: Powell Brothers Inc., led by Matt Chandler.

► Ridgeland Inc., led by Francis Whitfield, sold an 80-acre tract between Settlement and Tracks roads on the western edge of Maumelle for $1.2 million.

Buyer? Pinnacle Heights Development LLC led by Shabbir Dharamsey.

► Pointe Sherwood LLC, led by Keith Richardson, acquired a nearly 13-acre parcel near the northwest corner of Oakdale Road and Highway 107 in Sherwood for more than $1 million.

Seller? Cosden McClurg LLC, led by Larry Cosden and Timothy McClurg.

► Jeffery and Judith Dawson sold their 3,771-SF home in Little Rock’s Prospect Terrace neighborhood to Shana Coley and Andrew Yates for $1 million.
