Affiliates of American Capital Realty of Dresher, Pennsylvania, bought two Fox Ridge assisted living centers: the 115,062-SF project at 23101 Chenal Valley Drive in west Little Rock for nearly $27.5 million and the 58,004-SF project at 17 Parkstone Circle in North Little Rock for more than $19.1 million.
Sellers: Chenal Holdings LLC and Parkstone Holdings LLC, both led by Rodney Thomason.
• Affiliates of Cleveland’s Millennia Housing Development acquired the 196-unit College Gardens Apartments at 800 Beech St. in North Little Rock for more than $7 million and the 100-unit Willow Bend Apartments at 300 Marshall Road in Jacksonville for nearly $4.3 million.

• 2565 E. Tropicana Blvd LLC of Carson City, Nevada, sold the 2,204-SF Taco Bell at 11525 Maumelle Blvd. for $1.8 million.
