► LR Midtown Apartments LLC, an affiliate of AMG Realty Group of Skokie, Illinois, purchased the 239-unit Colonial Parc Apartments at 5813 Baseline Road and the 124-unit Meadowcrest Apartments at 5315 Stanley Drive for $11.5 million.

► GCI Development LLC, led by Marty Gunaca, sold a 5,248-SF IHOP at 306 Commerce Drive in Bryant for $1.7 million.
Buyer: PBC Properties LLC, led by Pierre Curran.
► Graygirl Family Trust, led by William and Tammy Lee, bought a 7,937-SF home in west Little Rock’s Sologne Circle neighborhood for more than $1.6 million.
Seller: Demiro Family Revocable Trust, led by Mike and Deborah Roberts.
► North Little Rock Hospitality LLC of Los Angeles sold the Red Roof Inn at 120 W. Pershing Blvd. for nearly $1.6 million.
Buyer? CI NLR Hotels LLC of Missouri City, Texas.
► 1201 Baucum LLC, a Colliers-led investment group, acquired the 22,500-SF Truck Pro facility at 1201 Baucum Industrial Drive in North Little Rock for more than $1.5 million from Stephen and Sara Daugherty.
► Polly Glotzbach sold a 4,565-SF home in Little Rock’s Edgehill neighborhood to Joseph and Olivia Ramsey for $1.5 million.
► 470 Fatima Property LLC, led by Jahangir Yousaf, bought a 5,323-SF convenience store at 646 S. Harkrider St. in Conway for $1.3 million.
