Pair Promoted to Principals at Black Corley Owens & Hughes (Movers & Shakers)

Ken King and Randy Ripley have been promoted to principals in the Benton architectural firm of Black Corley Owens & Hughes.

King has been with the firm since 2011 and has 22 years of experience as a registered architect. A LEED-certified professional, he will be responsible for client development in the automotive, educational and religious fields.

Ripley joined the firm in 2012 and has 30 years of experience as a registered architect. Ripley’s responsibilities with the firm will include client development in the medical, civic and commercial fields.


Jim Matchett was recently licensed as an architect in Arkansas and has been promoted to project architect at Stuck Associates in Little Rock. A project manager for more than 10 years, he previously served as manager of Stuck’s Little Rock office.

Rickey Adams and Michael Holmes have also been promoted to new roles in Stuck’s Jonesboro office. Adams, an eight-year employee who was formerly a building information modeling technician, has been promoted to project manager. Holmes has been promoted to marketing director. He joined the firm in August 2015 and has worked on image and branding for both the Little Rock and Jonesboro offices.
