► Parham Pointe 2019 LLC, an affiliate of Provident Investments of Birmingham, Alabama, bought its namesake 184-unit complex at 1500 Parham Pointe Drive for $15.1 million.

► Ownership of the 67,680-SF Blandford Medical Building at 5 St. Vincent Circle was consolidated in a $7.4 million transaction.
Fourteen different ownership groups sold the project to 5 Little Rock Properties-Blandford LLC, an affiliate of Catalyst Healthcare Real Estate of Pensacola, Florida.
► The Arkansas Division of Workforce Services purchased its 57,079-SF facility at 5401 S. University Ave. for $4.6 million from Steward & Young Inc., led by J.R. Young.
► The estate of Benny Edwards sold the 11,918-SF Goode’s Cash Saver at 3 Hwy. 124 in downtown Damascus to Donnie and Mary Miller for $1.7 million.
► Triangle Insurance Co. of Enid, Oklahoma, acquired the 8,617-SF former Bear State Bank location and office building from Arvest Bank of Fayetteville for $1.4 million.
