► Park Avenue Lofts Little Rock LLC, an affiliate of RREAF Holdings of Dallas, bought its namesake 258-unit midtown project at 320 S. University Ave. for $34.4 million.
Sellers: ER Park Avenue Apartments SPE LLC and Helco Lofts LLC, affiliates of Equity Resources of Birmingham, Alabama.
► SRC Kavanaugh Investments LLC, an affiliate of StoneRiver Co. of Birmingham, Alabama, sold the 228-unit Crestwood Manor Apartments at 3802 Kavanaugh Blvd. in the Hillcrest area of Little Rock for $11.2 million.
Buyer: Nighthawk Crestwood LLC, an affiliate of G10 Capital Partners of Scottsdale, Arizona, and Nighthawk Equity of Allen, Texas.
► Steele Bend Road LLC, led by L.L. Marshall Jr., bought about 1,900 acres in western Lonoke County for $7.6 million.
Seller? Steele Plantation Inc., led by Thomas Westphale.
The land is divided between two tracts: 1,322 acres on the west side of Highway 15 about 5 miles north of Keo, and the balance about 1.5 miles south and east of Scott between Highway 161 and U.S. 165.
► SCR Holcombe Investments LLC, an affiliate of StoneRiver Co., sold the 125-unit Holcombe Heights Apartments at 2100 Rebsamen Park Road in Little Rock’s Riverdale area for $5.1 million.
Buyers? Little Rock Ventures III LLC, an affiliate of DLP Capital Partners of St. Augustine, Florida, along with MF Holcombe LLF and MF Holcombe II LLC, affiliates of Mountain Real Estate Capital of Charlotte, North Carolina.
► Kristian and Brandi Andersen acquired about 70 acres in Conway along with a 3,635-SF house for $1.7 million.
