Parkwood Center in Little Rock Sells for $3.7M

This week’s million-dollar deals and construction starts with a flex/industrial facility.

► SEP Parkwood LLC, an affiliate of Stoic Equity Partners of Daphne, Alabama paid $3.7 million for the 16,000-SF Parkwood Center at 6801 W. 12th St. in Little Rock along with adjoining 30,000-SF and 20,616-SF industrial buildings at 6805 and 6807 W. 12th St.

Seller: BHWLR Parkwood Center LLC of Bergenfield, New Jersey.

► Brent and Sarah Barnes acquired a 5,708-SF home in west Little Rock’s Bretagne Circle neighborhood from Kevin and Kristen Halpin for more than $1.2 million.

► The David Michael Mego & Patricia Louise (Pat) Mego Living Revocable Trust sold its 4,565-SF house in The Arbors neighborhood of west Little Rock to the Jan Morgan Orr Irrevocable Trust for more than $1.1 million.

► Marcus and Jo McCain bought a 4,006-SF home in west Little Rock’s Hallen Court neighborhood from Arthur Justin Chris-Tensen for more than $1.1 million.

► E-Steps Investors, led by Vincent Contorno III, sold 34 lots in southwest Little Rock’s Shiloh Grove neighborhood for $1.1 million to D.R. Horton Inc. of Arlington, Texas.
