A mixed-use development in Little Rock has been sold for more than $2.3 million.
Parkwood Center, which consists of three buildings totaling 65,123-SF, was sold by Danny Thomas Properties V Limited Partnership.
The buyer was BHWLR Parkwood Center LLC of New Jersey.
The buildings at 6801 W. 12th St. were built in 1979 and offer retail, office and warehouse space.
Rick Freeling, CEO of Freeling Properties LLC, represented the buyer.
