David Bell, CFO and treasurer of Castellum Inc., has been appointed to the board of trustees of Harding University of Searcy. Also joining the board are Erin Brogdon, an attorney who consults with organizations on education and engagement strategies, and Brant Bryan, a founding leader of Fairways Equities and Cresa Global.
Dr. Corey O. Montgomery has been invested in the Richard W. Nicholas, M.D., & Corey O. Montgomery, M.D., Chair in Orthopaedic Oncology at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences College of Medicine of Little Rock. Montgomery is an associate professor in the College of Medicine’s Department of Orthopaedic Surgery.

Jessica Middleton has been hired as a cybersecurity analyst in the special investigations division of the Office of the Attorney General of Arkansas. In addition, Walter Mahone has been promoted to deputy chief of the special investigations division of the attorney general’s office. Mahone will continue to serve as director of the division’s cyber crimes unit. And Amber Kalmer has been promoted to director of digital forensics at the attorney general’s office. Kalmer will be responsible for managing the digital forensics lab, processing digital evidence, assisting other law enforcement agencies with digital forensics work and maintaining the evidence section.

Dr. Nathan Tripod, a family medicine specialist, and his wife, Dr. Shelby Tripod, a family medicine specialist, have been hired at St. Bernards First Care of Jonesboro.
Garrett Morgan has been named the new administrator of St. Bernards CrossRidge Community Hospital of Wynne. Morgan spent the previous two years working as a leader within St. Bernards Healthcare, including most recently as the system’s director of regional clinics.
Sarah Campbell, an advanced practice registered nurse, has been hired at Washington Regional Cardiovascular Clinic of Fayetteville. Campbell cares for patients with acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions.
Elizabeth Wohlford, a certified physician’s assistant, has been hired at Washington Regional Shiloh Clinic in Springdale.
Dr. Cody Rogers has been hired as a hospitalist at Conway Regional Health System.
Dr. Janette McGaugh has opened Best Life Psychiatry of Benton.

Derek Spicer has been promoted to director of enterprise business solutions in the enterprise technology department of Arkansas Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Little Rock.

Mitchell Dowden has been hired as an associate at the Rose Law Firm of Little Rock.
Transportation
Nick Hobbs, continuing his duties as chief operating officer, has been named president of highway and final-mile services at J.B. Hunt Transport Services Inc. of Lowell. Other promotions are Brad Hicks as president of dedicated contract services and David Keefauver as executive vice president of people.
Utilities
Marvin Koone, a wastewater plant operator, retired last month after more than 23 years of service at Conway Corp. Koone joined the company as an operator apprentice in 2001 and was promoted to plant operator of the Tupelo Bayou Wastewater Plant in 2004.
Tressie Mazen, a customer service specialist at Conway Corp., has received the company’s annual customer service award.
Carrie Bivens has been named the new vice president of the market monitoring unit at Southwest Power Pool of Little Rock. Bivens most recently served as the executive director for regulatory and political affairs at NextEra Energy Resources.
