
Paula Rader
Paula Rader has been named the new president and CEO of United Cerebral Palsy of Arkansas, UCP announced Thursday.
Rader has worked at UCP for nearly 24 years, since 1992, and has served in many leadership roles. She began as an ACS waiver supervisor and has been project STAR adoption grant manager, PAR project adoption grant manager, director of adult habilitation, director of compliance/program administrator, and was named chief program officer in 2012.
According to a news release from UCP, “Rader has a passion to help people with disabilities and goes above and beyond the call of duty whenever necessary.”
UCP of Arkansas is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to promote life without limits for those with disabilities. UCP was incorporated in 1957 by parents of children with cerebral palsy and other physical disabilities who could not find assistance.
