The deal is financed with a five-year loan of $4.9 million from Little Rock’s Bank of the Ozarks.
The 3.45-acre development previously was tied to an August 2015 mortgage of $5.4 million held by BancorpSouth Bank of Tupelo, Mississippi.
The site was acquired for $545,000 through Reservoir LLC in April 1997. The seller was Mary M. Couch.
Ortho Acquisition
The sale of a 9,287-SF clinic in North Little Rock weighed in at $1.47 million.
LREC Richards Road LLC, led by Neil Pennington, purchased the Ortho Arkansas clinic at 4101 Richards Road. The seller is OA Land Co. LLC, led by Tad Pruitt.
The deal is funded with a seven-year loan of $1.2 million from IberiaBank of Lafayette, Louisiana.
The 1.45-acre development previously was linked with a May 2016 mortgage of $855,000 held by Bank of the Ozarks.
The site was bought for $351,000 in January 2004 from the Retha J. Roberts Revocable Trust.
Academic Transaction
A private school in west Little Rock added to its holdings in a $1.2 million transaction.
Little Rock Christian Academy acquired a 17.97-acre tract adjoining the north side of its 52-acre campus at 19010 Cantrell Road. The seller is PDC LLC, led by Gene Pfeifer.
The deal represented a combination of $650,000 cash with the balance recognized as a charitable contribution.
The Pfeifer family has owned the property since August 1972. The land was purchased as part of deals with T.H. Brown, Josephine Graham, M.W. Staples and R.J. O’Connell, $425,000; and Deltic Farm & Timber Co., led by J.G. Ralston at the time, $97,900.
Rural Land
A 34.97-acre tract in west Pulaski County is under new ownership after a $420,000 sale.
GLH Investments LLC, led by Gary Hall, bought the land on Kryer Mountain between Roland and Wye Mountain from Jules De La Vergne.
The property was acquired for $300,000 in February 2006 from the Stephen Albert Living Trust.
Dollar Site
A 2.94-acre commercial site in Cabot changed hands in a $188,000 deal.
PB General Holdings (Cabot 89) LLC, led by Leonard Boen, purchased the land at the southeast corner of state Highways 89 and 107 from the Otho Jean Marlar Revocable Trust.
Construction of a Dollar General is backed with a $1.1 million loan from Bear State Bank of Little Rock. The Marlar family bought the property in October 1974 as part of a $5,000 deal with Harold Perry.
Pharmacy Property
A 4.59-acre commercial site in North Little Rock rang up a $181,384 sale.
Arkansas Pharmacy Property LLC, led by Michael Morton, acquired the land on Michaela Drive, off U.S. 165. The seller is D&B Commercial Park LLC, led by James Dietz.
D&B purchased the property in June 2001 as part of a $1.05 million deal with I-440 Business Fiberpark LLC, led by George Wilcox.

John Taylor III and his wife, Kristin, bought the house from the Daniel W. Rahn & Lana J. Rahn Joint Trust.
