Pavilion In The Park Sells for $4.2 Million

1 min read

Remember the pending sale of Little Rock’s Pavilion in the Park we told you about last month?

That deal closed at $4.2 million.

The seller was Pavilion In The Park LLC, led by upscale homebuilder Rick Ferguson, a founding investor in Little Rock’s Centennial Bank. At one time, now-disbarred attorney Gene Cauley was part of the ownership picture.

You might recall the buyers included Dr. Scott Schlesinger and the LaFrance brothers, Stephen Jr. and Jason.

They took ownership of the 4.3-acre development at 8201 Cantrell Road in the name of Vivacat Investors LLC.

Schlesinger’s Legacy Neurosurgery will develop clinical space in the 82,000-SF retail-office center.

This isn’t the first – or even the second – time a Little Rock doctor has appeared in the project’s ownership history.

Dr. C.D. Williams was the lead investor who developed Pavilion in the Park 25 years ago. Dr. H.A.T. Bailey Jr. was part of his family’s investment group that bought the property in 1994.
