► Little Rock’s East Harding Inc. secured the $6.48 million contract to repair tornado damage to Pavilion in the Park at 8201 Cantrell Road in Little Rock.
► MFD Wallace Holdings LLC, led by Dustin Wallace, bought the 4,345-SF Baptist Health Clinic and the 3,360-SF Baptist Health Therapy Center at 1701 Club Manor Drive in Maumelle for $1.6 million.

► W. Fairpark Associates LLC of Jupiter, Florida, sold the 13,428-SF vacant Walgreens at 5525 W. 12th St. in midtown Little Rock for $1.6 million to AH Little Rock LLC, an affiliate of Chicago’s Atwater Group.
► OM SAI Krishna LLC, led by Vipulkumar Patel, acquired the 40-room Day’s Inn at 1414 John Harden Drive in Jacksonville from Kalpesh Patel for more than $1.3 million.
► The Gary & Marley Jones Family Revocable Trust sold its 4,728-SF home in west Little Rock’s Hallen Court neighborhood for $1.3 million to John Davis Sr. and his wife, Sara.
► Steel Corner LLC, an affiliate of Little Rock’s Lexicon Inc., purchased the 5,864-SF Yourga Trucking office and repair facility at 4400 Thibault Road in the Little Rock Port Industrial Park from Beverly Churko and Daphne Buskirk for more than $1.2 million.
► Neil Burnette and Andrea Burnette sold their 4,479-SF home in west Little Rock’s Falstone Court neighborhood to Michael and Anne Preston for more than $1.1 million.
