Jay Pearcy and Matt Strom have been appointed partners at Kelley Commercial Partners Northwest in Springdale.
Pearcy, who has been with Kelley Commercial Partners since 2016, started as a property manager and became a principal broker in 2020. He oversees the management of 1.5 million SF and 35 commercial properties. He also serves on the Washington County Planning Commission.
Strom started working for Kelly Commercial Partners Northwest in 2016 as an agent. In 2018, he received his CCIM designation.
Margaret Bell Hughes has been elected president of the Little Rock Realtors Association. Hughes, an agent with The Property Group in Little Rock, has served as a director of the Realtors Association since 2017.
Sam Carrasquillo has joined First Community Bank of Batesville as a community development officer for the Little Rock region.
Carrasquillo, who has spent 20 years working in the real estate and construction industry, will be developing relationships in the community by offering education programs and resources. He will be working from the bank’s Saddle Creek location.
