Phelan to Head CARTI Dental Clinic (Movers & Shakers)

Dr. Richard Phelan of CARTI in Little Rock.

Dr. Richard E. Phelan has joined the team at CARTI in Little Rock, where he will oversee the dental clinic. He previously ran a private practice in Benton for more than 40 years.

Phelan earned his dental degree from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas. He received his Bachelor of Science from Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia.

Dr. Tyler L. CarlLee has joined the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences as a sports medicine orthopedic surgeon. CarlLee is a 2014 graduate of UAMS. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics and is finishing a sports medicine and shoulder elbow fellowship with OrthoCarolina. He is a graduate of the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville with bachelor’s degrees in biology and finance.
