
Stephine Phillips and Joanna L. Taylor

Stephine Phillips has been named director of the cardiovascular service line at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville, and Joanna L. Taylor has been named director of imaging services.
Phillips joined WRMC in 2015 and previously was nurse manager of cardiovascular services and also served as interim director of cardiology.
Taylor, a 27-year employee, previously was imaging administrative manager.
Dr. Jay Hinkle, a vascular neurologist, recently joined the stroke care program at Washington Regional, a certified primary stroke center.
Hinkle earned his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, where he also completed a residency in neurology and was named chief resident. He completed a fellowship in cerebrovascular disease and stroke at Johns Hopkins University and is board-certified in neurology and vascular neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology.
Dr. Brent Ryals recently joined Washington Regional as a board-certified emergency medicine physician.
Ryals earned his medical degree at UAMS, where he also completed an emergency medicine residency. He previously worked as an emergency physician at Conway Regional Medical Center.
Taesha Winford, an advanced practice registered nurse, recently joined Washington Regional’s Fayetteville Family Clinic.
She provides medical care for all ages alongside Dr. Johnny Adkins and Dr. Rosemay Pierre. She has provided nursing care throughout the region since 2009, most recently at Ozarks Community Hospital in Gravette.
