A west Little Rock dermatology clinic has outgrown its current space and plans to move into a $7.5 million, newly-built medical clinic next year, its owner has told Whispers.
Pinnacle Dermatology, located at 16115 St. Vincent Way near the Promenade at Chenal, is building a one-story, 21,363-SF medical clinic at 1200 Rahling Road, near the intersection of Chenal Parkway and Rahling.
The project will include 13,890 SF of finished space with exam rooms, aesthetician rooms, nurse stations and offices, according to a Little Rock building permit. The building will also include 7,472 SF of shell space, which owner Dr. Andrea Mabry said will be available for lease to like-minded medical or professional services group.
Mabry bought the 2.84-acre property for $1.55 million in 2023 through Skin in the Game LLC, according to Pulaski County property records.
