Polk Stanley Wilcox Announces 5 Promotions (Movers & Shakers)

Rachel Acosta has been promoted to associate at Polk Stanley Wilcox Architects of Little Rock. She currently serves as a residential designer in the Little Rock office. Sam Annable has been promoted to associate principal. He previously was a project architect in the Fayetteville office. Mandy Breckenridge has been promoted to associate principal. She previously was a project architect. Wendell Kinzler, who has more than 20 years of experience in architectural design, has been promoted to associate principal. James Struthers has been promoted to senior associate. He currently is an architect and project manager with the Fayetteville office. 

Tammy Siler has been promoted to senior associate at Cromwell Architects Engineers of Little Rock. She currently serves as director of energy services at the firm. Grant Smith and Bruce Southerland have been promoted to associate. Smith has more than 25 years of experience, and Southerland has been with the firm for 22 years. 

Jose Sanchez has been hired as a mechanical designer at Henderson Engineers of Bentonville. He will design mechanical building systems, prepare technical documents and perform engineering calculations for high-end stores across North America.

Phillip Poston has been appointed to the board of Hytrol Conveyor Co. of Jonesboro. Poston, who currently serves as chief development officer, has been with Hytrol since 1999.

Jenny Griffin has been hired as chief financial officer at Encore Technology Solutions of North Little Rock. She previously was CFO of Lumber One.

Corey Mellon has been hired as a software developer at Mainstreet Technologies of Little Rock. He previously was a software developer at ArcBest Corp., serving there for six years.

Ross O’Kelley has been named director of utility services at Arkansas Electric Cooperatives Inc. of Little Rock. He will lead the association’s construction, utility sales fleet services and right-of-way departments.

Staci Bock has been promoted to senior vice president, financial accountant at First Arkansas Bank & Trust of Jacksonville. She previously served as vice president, financial accountant. LaWanda Hinton has been promoted to vice president, director of the client resource center at First Arkansas. She previously was assistant vice president, director of the client resource center. Lindsey Linder has been promoted to assistant vice president, retail operations assistant manager. Jessica Pint has been promoted to vice president, marketing manager. She previously was assistant vice president, marketing manager at the bank.

Jonathan Cole, appraisal review manager of First Community Bank of Batesville, has been named president of the Arkansas Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. He will also serve on the executive committee and chair the policy-setting board of directors of the chapter.

Marc Keton has been hired as an agriculture lending officer at AgHeritage Farm Credit Services of Little Rock. Keton, who previously was a sales manager at C&C Distributors Inc., will be located in the Newport office. In addition, Vicki Murphy has been hired as loan assistant 1. Murphy, who previously was a licensed title agent at Randolph County Abstract Co., will be located in the Pocahontas office. Jeana Tacker has been promoted to assistant vice president, small business/real estate loan officer. Amber Tierney has been promoted to senior vice president, senior internal auditor. Clara Weatherley has been promoted to assistant vice president, small business/real estate loan officer.
