► Acadia Properties LLC, led by Ali and Quratulain Raja, sold the 32,767-SF Financial Park Place office building at 11219 Financial Centre Parkway in west Little Rock for more than $3.2 million.

► OE Holding Co. LLC, led by Gregory Oaks, Michael Oaks, Jonathan Engelkes, Larry Oaks and Russell Oaks, purchased the 413,321-SF former Chicopee plant at 1301 E. Eighth St. in North Little Rock for $3 million.
