First National Bank of Paragould sold the 24-unit Louisiana Terrace Apartments at 1717 Louisiana St. in downtown Little Rock for $720,000.

The buyer was Louisiana Terrace Opportunity Fund LLC of Little Rock, led by Mark Brown and Jill Judy.

Lamplighter Village MPH LLC of Ventura, California, bought the Lamplighter Village mobile home park at 1201 S. Highway 161 in Jacksonville for $625,700.

The seller was Childress Properties Inc. of Jacksonville, led by Larry Childress.
