
A retail project in west Little Rock, residential acreage in Maumelle and high-rise dwelling space in downtown Little Rock provide this week’s trio of million-dollar transactions.
• An affiliate of HDA Properties of Los Angeles purchased a piece of The Promenade at Chenal development for $4.3 million.
An affiliate of Thompson Thrift Development Inc. of Terre Haute, Indiana, sold the 8,880-SF project, home to an AT&T store, a GNC outlet, Bonehead’s Grill and Menchies Frozen Yogurt.
• Colony CC LLC, led by Arby Smith, acquired the 37.5-acre single-family tract at the north end of Country Club Parkway for $1.2 million. Seller: Country Club Development LLC, led by John Wright.
• Charles Morgan, former top exec of Acxiom Corp., added to his residential holdings on the 19th floor of the River Market Tower at 315 Rock St. in a $1.2 million transaction.
Through CDM Properties LLC, Morgan bought 3,855 SF of condo from Greg Hendrix.
