Warren Carter has been promoted to executive vice president of the Arkansas Farm Bureau in Little Rock, replacing the retiring Rodney Baker and setting off a chain of other management changes.
Evan Teague has succeeded Carter, a 28-year employee, as vice president of commodity and regulatory affairs, and Chuck Tucker has been promoted to the new position of senior vice president of organization and administration.
Leslie Terrell has been named executive administrative assistant.
Tucker joined the Farm Bureau in 1985 and had been vice president of organization and member programs since 1997.
Teague has been with the Arkansas Farm Bureau since 2004 and was the organization’s first full-time environmental specialist. Terrell has worked for the Farm Bureau since 2002.
