Wendell Kinzler has been promoted to associate architect at Polk Stanley Wilcox Architects in Little Rock after becoming a licensed architect in the state.
Kinzler has worked with the firm on projects including the Robinson Center renovation and the new Arkansas Children’s Southwest Little Rock Community Clinic.
Matt King has received a promotion to director of public affairs and government relations for the Arkansas Farm Bureau in Little Rock, where he has worked for 12 years, most recently as director of market information and economics.
Before his work at the bureau, King spent five years at the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Foreign Agricultural Service in Washington.
Betsy Barrett of Jonesboro has been hired as director of communications and marketing for North America’s Building Trades Unions in Washington, D.C.
Barrett has worked for over a decade in communications and lobbying, including as chief lobbyist and communications director for Food Policy Action in Washington.
