Property Swapped In Deal Valued At $330,000

David and Jacki Bruning of Maumelle and their living trusts recently acquired 25.68 acres at the northwest corner of Interstates 40 and 440 in Pulaski County in a property swap valued at $330,000.

In return, Robert, Suzanne, Timothy and Britney Mitchell of North Little Rock received 39.41 acres in Sherwood on the north side of Trammel Road, less than a mile east of U.S. 67/167.

Also, Robert and Timothy Mitchell bought 30 acres adjoining the north side of the Trammel Road property for $330,000. The seller was TerraForma LLC of Maumelle, led by Doug Meyer and David Bruning.
