Pulaski County Farmland Harvests $4.1M Sale

Land along River Road in southeast Pulaski County was was part of a recent seven-digit deal.

Farmland, a mini-storage project and a construction material facility form this week’s quartet of million-dollar real estate transactions.

► SS Family Farm LLC, led by Stephanie Smith, bought a 1,337-acre agri spread in southeast Pulaski County for $4.1 million. Seller: Bredlow Farms Inc., led by Gary Bredlow. The property is about 7 miles southwest of England.

► Whistling Wings Properties LLC, led by Daryl Smith and Joel Whicker, sold its 582 acres in neighboring Lonoke County for $2.7 million to South State Investment LLC of Miami. The property borders Plum Bayou, less than 2 miles southwest of England as the mallard flies.

► Red Dot Storage 179 LLC of Louisville, Colorado, purchased a 300-unit mini-storage project at 3400 Industrial Center Drive in North Little Rock for nearly $1.6 million.

► Mid-State Construction & Materials Inc. of Raleigh, North Carolina, sold its 4,200-SF facility at 7 Collins Industrial Place in North Little Rock for almost $1.4 million.

Buyer: Peel River LLC, an affiliate of Madden Materials of Minden, Louisiana.
