Pulaski County Farmland Sells for $11.7 MillionLock Icon

Farmland, a retail project, two apartment projects, two homes and an industrial property form a procession of Pulaski County million-dollar transactions.

♦ Mt. Magazine Farms LLC of Monterey, Louisiana, acquired nearly 3,200 acres from Carlton Farms LLC of Columbia, Illinois, for nearly $11.7 million.

Most of the acreage is about 10 miles south of Scott along Highway 161.

♦ Deltic Timber Corp. of El Dorado sold 40,390 SF of retail space at 25-27 Rahling Road in west Little Rock’s The Village at Rahling Road project for $4 million.

Buyer: VARR West LLC, led by Skip Davidson.

♦ An affiliate of Toronto’s Republic Funds purchased the 156-unit Trinity Village complex at 1600 John Barrow Road in Little Rock for $3.6 million.

Seller: N-Vest LLC, led by Carson Harris.

The deal marks Republic’s sixth multifamily investment in Pulaski County this year.

♦ The Charles Ensminger Revocable Trust sold a 4,970-SF home in Little Rock’s Kingwood Place neighborhood for $1.9 million.

Who bought the 7.9-acre residential spread overlooking the Arkansas River? Steven and Gay Anthony.

♦ Lagniappe Holdings LLC, led by Scott Levine, acquired the 16,380-SF American Mobile Shredding facility at 7671 Northpoint Place in North Little Rock for more than $1.4 million.

Seller? Magna Six Investments LLC, led by Jeff Ward.

♦ Tisdale Properties & Development LLC, led by Tracy Tisdale, sold a 30-unit apartment project at 10000 W. Markham St. for $1.2 million.

Buyer: Westrock Gardens LLC, led by Christopher and Zachary Schultz.

♦ Robert Bass Jr. and his wife, Deborah, purchased a 5,770-SF home near the Country Club of Little Rock from John Dickens for $1.1 million.
