► Spin Rock LLC, an affiliate of Fidelity Financial Corp. of Wichita, Kansas, sold the 4,995-SF Kum & Go at 8801 Maumelle Blvd. in North Little Rock for $4.2 million to Exchangeright Net-Leased Portfolio 54 of Pasadena, California.
► Trickling Creek Properties LLC, led by Scott Senyard, acquired a 160,188-SF cold storage facility at 1200 Pike Ave. in North Little Rock from Ben E. Keith Co. of Fort Worth, Texas, for more than $3.2 million.
► Chi Investments LLC, led by Jasen and Jacob Chi, sold the 60-room Ramada Limited at 8 Shackleford Drive in west Little Rock for $2.6 million.
Buyer: H&N Hospitality LLC, led by Rahul and Dayenaben Patel.
► Showme Solution Properties LLC of O’Fallon, Missouri, bought the 31,800-SF Executive Building at 2020 W. Third St. in Little Rock from 2020 LR LLC of San Francisco for $2.3 million.
On the flip side, Showme sold the project for $2.7 million to Saxion Enterprises LLC, led by Zachary Saxion.
► Butcher Case LLC, led by Leslie Case, purchased the 9,267-SF home of The Butcher Shop steakhouse at 10825 Hermitage Road in west Little Rock for $2 million. Seller: 10825 Hermitage LLC, led by Alvin Watkins.
► FW Holdings Research Properties LLC, led by Karen Flake, sold its 15,000-SF office building at 5305 Warden Road in North Little Rock for more than $1.6 million.
