Storage, restaurants and duplexes make up this week’s round-up of million-dollar real estate transactions in Central Arkansas.
► Pratt Road Storage (AR) LLC of New York purchased the Storage Space mini-storage project at 709 Pratt Road in south Pulaski County for a total of $3.4 million.
► Boersma Austin LLC of Manteca, California, bought the Taco Bell at 10611 Col. Glenn Road in west Little Rock in a nearly $2.3 million sale-leaseback deal with K-Mac Enterprises Inc. of Fayetteville.
► Anchor Realty Investments LLC, led by Alan Bubbus, sold the former P.F. Chang’s China Bistro at 317 S. Shackleford Road in west Little Rock in a $1.9 million transaction with Temple Baptist Church of Little Rock.
► Cincinnati Capital Partners 575 LLC of Ohio purchased seven duplexes at 7509 Sayles Road and along Landave Cove in north Pulaski County for more than $1 million.
