Pulaski Heights Realty is changing its branding to Engel & Völkers.
Pulaski Heights Realty of Little Rock has become a franchisee of Engel & Völkers of New York, the two firms announced Thursday.
The upscale residential real estate firm, led by John and Jena Selva, will now do business as Engel & Völkers Little Rock, operating out of its office in the Hillcrest neighborhood. The firm handles residential real estate deals in Little Rock, North Little Rock, Maumelle, Bryant and Benton.
In a news release, John Selva said the deal, which aligns his company with Engel & Völkers’ network of global affiliates, will give clients a new level of exposure.
“Little Rock is a cultural, economic, government and transportation center within Arkansas and the South,” John Selva said. “As home buyers and sellers here become more globally-minded and sophisticated with their use of technology, the platforms and tools provided by Engel & Völkers allow us to stay front and center with our clients.”
Pulaski Heights Realty ranked No. 51 on Arkansas Business’ most recent list of the state’s top residential real estate agencies, with $29.3 million in 2017 sales volume and 12 licensed agents/brokers.
Engel & Völkers brokerages are independently owned and operated.
