Purchase Price on Structurlam Property Revealed

You may know that Structurlam Mass Timber Corp. of Canada is moving into the former Nucor nuts and bolt plant in Conway. 

Here are some details of the real estate transaction:

287 AR Associates LLC, an affiliate of New York’s Eliken Property Management, sold the 288,137-SF manufacturing facility on nearly 124 acres for $6.8 million.

The new owner is Natural Outcomes LLC, an affiliate of Structurlam and its major customer, Walmart Stores Inc. of Bentonville.
