Purple Cow Announces New Locations in Benton & RogersLock Icon

Ken Vaughan, president of the Purple Cow restaurant chain, expects the chain’s sixth location, this one in Benton, should be open in the spring of 2025.

And he had even more expansion news: A Purple Cow is planned for Rogers, with a hoped-for opening this summer. This would be the chain’s first site in northwest Arkansas.

The Benton location, at 20220 Interstate 30, the site of a former Red Robin, at about 6,000 SF will be the biggest Purple Cow restaurant. It will seat between 150 and 180, Vaughan said, and will employ about 100 full- and part-time workers.

As for the Rogers Purple Cow, which would be No. 7, the restaurant chain hopes to close on a building at the end of this month, Vaughan said.
