The seller is Robert M. Goff & Associates, led by Wally Allen Sr. and Jr.
The deal is financed with a five-year loan of $2.3 million, a four-year loan of $176,327 and a two-year loan of $30,000 from First Service Bank of Greenbrier.
The 1.45-acre development previously was tied to a February 2013 mortgage of $2.3 million held by Delta Trust & Bank of Little Rock.
The property was acquired for $2.72 million in April 2001 from Boen Enterprises LLC, led by Leonard Boen.
Residential Recovery
More than 168 acres near Maumelle are under new ownership after a $1.2 million foreclosure sale.
Arvest Bank of Fayetteville recovered the property, which includes lots in the Panther Mountain Estates project, north of Maumelle between Highway 365 and Interstate 40.
The bank held a $3.1 million judgment against Barry and Dana Kellerman and their Panther Mountain Land Development LLC. The property was linked with a series of loans inherited by Arvest through its acquisition of North Little Rock’s National Bank of Arkansas.
The land was assembled as part of two transactions with Bonnie Hood and JoAnn H. Bergman, $280,000 in July 2005; and Meredith Homes Inc., led by Tony Meredith, $1.2 million in April 2007.
Multifamily Land
An 11.5-acre apartment tract in west Little Rock changed hands in a $1.1 million deal.
Pointe At Shackleford Crossing LLC and Richardson Properties LLC, both led by Keith Richardson, purchased the land at the southeast corner of Shackleford Road and 36th Street.
The seller is Nalley Family Ltd. LLLP, led by Louis Nalley Jr.
The Nalley family bought the land for an undisclosed sum in March 1955 from Garner and Bernice Smith.
Vaguitos Purchase
A 3,592-SF office building in North Little Rock rang up a $490,000 transaction.
Vaguitos LLC, led by Cristina Monterrey, acquired the 4800 W. Commercial Drive project.
The seller is Keech Properties LLC, led by Kevin Keech. The deal is funded with a 20-year loan of $390,000 from Bancorpsouth Bank of Tupelo, Mississippi.
The 0.43-acre development previously was linked with a November 2008 mortgage of $405,000 and a July 2014 mortgage of $40,000 held by the bank.
Keech purchased the property for $450,000 more than six years ago from David Depoyster Family Ltd., led by David Depoyster.
Heights Residence
A 3,943-SF home in the Heights area of Little Rock sold for $845,000.Perry and Regina Young bought the house from Matthew and Jennifer Deuschle.
The deal is backed with a 30-year loan of $676,800 from Little Rock’s Bank of the Ozarks.
The residence previously was tied to a July 2010 mortgage of $417,000 and a February 2014 mortgage of $239,958 held by One Bank & Trust of Little Rock.
The Deuschles acquired the property for $705,000 in February 2009 from CARD Investments LLC, led by Andrew Adkins and Richard Harp.
Ridge Abode
A 4,971-SF home in the Ridge neighborhood of Little Rock drew a $585,000 transaction.
Christopher and Katherine Tompkins purchased the house from Stephen and Mary Hickman.
The deal is financed with a seven-year loan of $555,750 from IberiaBank of Lafayette, Louisiana. The residence previously was linked with an April 2012 mortgage of $633,500 held by the bank.
The Hickmans bought the property for $662,700 in January 2008.
The seller was Sirva Relocation LLC of Westmont, Illinois.
