► Aniary LLC, led by Avinash Patel, purchased the 100-unit Quality Inn at 6100 Mitchell Drive in south Little Rock from Seven Star Hotels Group Inc. of Bossier City, Louisiana, for $2.1 million.
► SCF RC Funding IV LLC, an affiliate of SCF Realty Capital of Princeton, New Jersey, bought the 4,822-SF Arkansas Maxillofacial Surgery Center at 411 Office Park Drive in Bryant for nearly $1.8 million.

► Gregel Restaurant Property II LLC of Cincinnati sold the 3,422-SF Zaxby’s at 104 Carnahan Drive in Maumelle to DTT Properties LLC of Milledgeville, Georgia, for more than $1.7 million.
► Dustin and Bobbi McDaniel acquired a 5,494-SF home and 20.1-acre residential spread in west Pulaski County’s Cascade Creek neighborhood for $1.4 million.
