Graduate N/C Machining Inc. of Rancho Cordova, California, bought the Dairy Queen at 6100 W. 12th St. from You Scream Properties University LLC, led by Todd Denton.
The limited liability company purchased the 1.4-acre site for $700,000 in December 2016 from BH University Development LLC, led by Brandon Huffman, James Barnes and James Batcheller.
The property was acquired in June 2013 as part of a $3 million deal with MBC Holdings Worldwide LLC, led by Bruce Burrow and Marty Belz.
Convenient Sale

Pabani Brothers LLC, led by Akbar and Aziz Pabani, purchased the D&J project at 1802 Main St. from Sunyo Burton.
The deal is backed with a five-year loan of $700,000 from Malvern National Bank.
Burton bought the 0.78-acre development for $180,000 in April 2020 from Young and Ki Kim.
Parcel Purchase
More than 81 acres in eastern North Little Rock drew an $854,150 transaction.
Jimmy Brewer Jr. and his wife, Tara, acquired the land from Brenda Fulkerson.
Most of the property is at the northeast corner of U.S. 165 and Highway 391. A 4.76-acre sliver is between U.S. 165 and Willow Beach Road.
The Fulkerson family had owned the property for more than 100 years.
Church Acquisition

Central Rock Church of Christ bought its 1505 W. 18th St. location from Clifton Family LLLP, led by Norman Clifton.
The deal is funded with a three-year loan of $250,000 from Arvest Bank of Fayetteville.
Clifton Family acquired the 1.65-acre development for $125,000 in May 2019 from the Salvation Army.
The Salvation Army assembled the property in two July 1970 deals with Vernie Allen, $2,000; and Leonard and Mary Berner, $1,000.
