Rainwater Holt & Sexton Hires Marshal Hubbard (Movers & Shakers)

Marshall Hubbard

Marshall Hubbard has joined Rainwater Holt & Sexton in Little Rock.

Hubbard joins the firm’s bankruptcy department, representing clients in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies. He is a graduate of the Bowen School of Law in Little Rock.

Trav Baxter has been elected as a fellow to the American College of Trust & Estate Council at the council’s annual fall meeting.

Baxter is a lawyer at Mitchell Williams Selig Gates & Woodyard in Little Rock. He was one of 38 new fellows elected to the college and the only attorney chosen from Arkansas.
