The deal is financed with a $4.8 million loan from Farmers Bank & Trust of Magnolia.
Peartree purchased the 2.32-acre development for $1.8 million in June 2013 from IberiaBank of Lafayette, Louisiana.
IberiaBank recovered the Raney Building at a $2.1 million foreclosure sale in July 2010 from T.J. Raney Building Inc., led by Thomas Raney.
Commercial Land I
A 37.53-acre tract in North Little Rock tipped the scales at $1.09 million.
Clifton Family LLLP, led by Norman Clifton, bought the land adjoining the south side of the Dollar General at 11046 U.S. 165 from Jimmy Brewer Jr. and his wife, Taray.
The Brewers purchased the property in April 2020 as part of a $333,905 deal for more than 52 acres. The seller was Southeast Financial Management LLC, led by George Wilcox.
Southeast Financial recovered the land in November 2012 in lieu of foreclosure on Hwy. 165 Development LLC, led by James Glover, Rustin Glover, David Dunn and Andrew Adkins.
Hwy. 165 acquired the land in May 2006 as part of an $869,000 deal with Wilcox Investment Ltd., led by George and Shirley Wilcox.

The sellers are Amanda Bolls Smith, James Bolls, Susan Pollock and Jason Pollock. The deal is funded with a two-month loan of $983,375 from Origin Bank of Choudrant, Louisiana.
The property was bought in April 1946 as part of a $5,000 deal with C.W. and Emma Jones.

Emmitt and William Hynum acquired Kellogg Valley Motors at 14418 Highway 107 from Kellogg Valley Realty LLC, led by Carolyn Cunningham and Joyce Stewart.

East Argenta assembled the property as part of two deals with The Mill LLC, led by Harold Tenenbaum, $541,920 in June 2020; and Parks Rentals Inc., led by Harold Parks, $163,000 in August 2020.

The land was part of the 400-acre Springhill Farm that John and Martha Matthews purchased in August 1959 from Fred and Katherine Watkins for $250,000.
