► Rausch Coleman Homes Little Rock LLC of Fayetteville bought 77 lots in North Little Rock’s White Oak Crossing subdivision for more than $3.4 million from Northwood Creek LLC, led by David Haas, Steve Pascoe, Steve Molpus and Ray Clark.
► Woodridge Crossing Apartments LLC, led by Jeff and Ryan Aclin, sold its namesake 54-unit complex in southwest Little Rock for $2.8 million. Buyer: 9700 Baseline Road LLC, an affiliate of the Allen Harrison Co. of Houston.
► Remember back in late March and early April when we told you about a new Little Rock apartment project on the way south of the Tru Hilton at 11320 Bass Pro Parkway?

The sale of that nearly 8.7-acre site closed recently at more than $1.6 million.
Gateway Woods LLC, an affiliate of Salter Properties in Conway, bought the location to develop its namesake 249-unit complex.
Seller: Gateway Creek LLC, led by Isaac Smith. Construction is backed with a 42-year loan of almost $33.3 million from Mason Joseph Co. of San Antonio.
► Rose One Food LLC, led by Gurpreet Singh, purchased the 4,752-SF Cana 3 Superstop at 3100 W. Roosevelt Road in Little Rock for $1.6 million. Seller? Han & Son Inc., led by Keong Son.
► Ran Hospitality Inc., led by Mukesh Patel, sold the 33-room Econo Lodge Inn & Suites at 9101 Mabelvale Pike in south Little Rock for more than $1.4 million.
Buyer? Shantikrupa LLC, led by Sajan, Ketankumar and Dipikaben Patel.
► Making Advances LLC, led by Wes Martin and John Hathaway, acquired the 11,037-SF Flowers Bakery project at 5750 Commerce Court in Sherwood for nearly $1.3 million.
