West Holdings LLC of Lowell, led by Randy and Susan West, was involved in two recent but separate transactions.
In the first, West Holdings sold the 21,400-SF National Auto Parts office-warehouse at 10119 Col. Glenn Road in west Little Rock for $718,000.
The buyer is Damor Holdings LLC of Sherwood, led by David Morris.
In the second, West Holdings bought a 5,214-SF office-warehouse at 7510 Counts Massie Road in North Little Rock for $320,000.
The seller was the Richard C. Rechtin Revocable Trust of Little Rock.
Garage Sold
Taft Ealy III and Shaneil Ealy of Conway sold a 7,000-SF service repair garage at 10605 Sibley Hole Road in southwest Little Rock for $425,000.
The buyer was MKAT Properties LLC of Little Rock, led by Michael and Kathy Bauer.
Retail-Office Project Bought
Harp Holdings LLC of Little Rock, led by Andrew Harp, bought a 4,018 retail-office project at 1801-03 Broadway in Little Rock that includes City Pharmacy and River City Pediatrics for $395,000.
The sellers were Gary and Mary Bass of Little Rock.
