Smokey Lane LLC of North Little Rock has purchased a 6,720-SF building at 200 Smokey Lane in North Little Rock for $950,000.

The seller was Smokey Lane Apostolic Church of Jesus Christ and Northside Christian Academy, both of North Little Rock.

The buyer’s address, 4600 E. McCain Blvd., is also the address of Salmon Co. Arkansas Business has called the company and will update this story.

Apartments Sold to California Companies

HSD Properties LLC, led by Noel DuCelliee Muller; Hannema Properties LLC, led by Jeffery DuCelliee Muller; and TBL Rentals LLC, led by Jeremy Carroll, have purchased two apartment buildings in North Little Rock for $895,000.

The three companies are based in Santa Rosa, California. 

The seller was Columbia LLC, led by Lee Tranum Hatcher and Joi Pryor.

The property sold was 16 units at 4421 Lynn Lane and 14 units at 1812 W. 44th St.

A 14,200-SF office and warehouse at 7601 Counts Massie Road in North Little Rock sold for $759,000 to JMG Investments Inc. of Little Rock, led by Jordan Mitchell Gathings. 

The seller was Richardson Plumbing Properties LLC of North Little Rock, led by Bradley Richardson.

Betts Real Estate Enterprise Inc. of Little Rock, led by Craig Betts, has purchased two apartment buildings in west Little Rock for $317,500.

The seller was Holt Investments LLC of Little Rock, led by Patience Holt. 

The apartments are located at 1813 and 1807 Sanford Drive.

Central Arkansas Recycling & Disposal Services LLC of Little Rock, led by David Steinmetz, has purchased 61.8 acres near the southeast corner of Ironton Road and Sweet Home Cutoff for $296,000.

The seller was L & W Environmental LLC of Little Rock.
