Steve Landers Buys Auto Property for $4.4M

Steve Landers, through Glenn Ridge Crossings II LLC, recently purchased the 15,721-SF Infiniti dealership property at 15 Colonel Glenn Plaza Drive in Little Rock for $4.4 million.

The seller was Everett Infiniti Land Co. LLC, led by Chad Hendrix. 

Landers said if he doesn’t re-lease the property by the end of the year, he will open and begin operating it as a dealership. Infiniti is there now but will be moving to Bryant, he said. 

Landers has sold several auto properties in the past few years, including four in that area since 2014.

Last month, he sold a 12.7-acre tract on the west side Col. Glenn Plaza Loop across from Steve Landers Chrysler Jeep Ram for $4 million.

In 2016, he sold a 1.73-acre commercial parcel at 624 Col. Glenn Plaza Loop for $656,754. 

In 2015, Landers sold Steve Landers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram at 401 Col. Glenn Plaza Loop and an adjoining property for a total of $17.8 million.

The buyer in all three deals? LL Ark Properties LLC of St. Louis Park, Minnesota, an affiliate of Luther Automotive Group of St. Louis Park, Minnesota.

Steve Landers Auto Group has six locations: two in Norman, Oklahoma; three in Little Rock; and one in Rogers. 

Auto Parts Store Bought

The O’Reilly Auto Parts store at 8701 W. Markham St. in Little Rock has sold for $2.1 million. 

The buyer is Redwood Estates LLC of Bend, Oregon, led by Scott Morgan. 

The seller is SimonCRE Carp VIII LLC of Scottsdale, Arizona. 

Car Wash Sale

A car wash and convenience store at 12106 Sardis Road in Little Rock has sold for $870,000.

The buyer was Mck Yoo LLC, led by Myung Yoo. The property was sold to Han and Grace Cho, who are not married. 

The property is 0.94 acres, and the convenience store is 2,426 SF.
