Undeveloped Land Bought
An undeveloped 38.65-acre tract of land south of Pomegranate Avenue and west of Firestone Lane in Pulaski County has been purchased for $784,540.
The buyer was Maly Group LLC of Conway, led by James and Smitha Thomas. The seller was CAC Properties LLC of North Little Rock.
Building in Hillcrest Sold
Alloplastic Reconstruction Inc. of Little Rock, led by Michael Kaczkowski, has purchased a 4,961-SF building at 3924 W. Markham St. in Little Rock for $389,000.
The building is the former home of pet grooming business Hillcrest Doghouse. Current tenants are pharmacy Ideal Health Rx and Sonitrol Security Systems.
The seller was husband and wife Homayoun Hamidian and Maria D. Beristain-Flores of Indian Wells, California.
NLR Firm Moving to New Site
Northshore Properties LLC of Little Rock has purchased an undeveloped 1.5 acres at the northwest corner of Northshore Drive and Northshore Lane in North Little Rock for $386,573.
The site is the future home of Sowell Management Services, which is currently located at 7301 River Pointe Drive in North Little Rock. Arkansas Business has called the firm and will update this story.
Sowell Management Services broke ground last week on its 15,807-SF office building, which will serve as the registered investment advisory firm’s new headquarters. The firm creates customized portfolios for investors. It has offices in four states and 23 people will work at its North Little Rock headquarters.
Mechanics Lumber Co. of Little Rock, led by Eugene M. Pfeifer III, sold the acreage.
Pathfinder Sells Acreage
Pathfinder Inc. of Jacksonville, led by Joan Zumwalt, has sold 19.37 acres near the northwest corner of Coffelt Road and John Harden Drive in Pulaski County for $200,000.
The buyer was Weaver-Bailey Contractors Inc. of El Paso (White County).
Land Donated to Nonprofit
Rebsamen Investments LP of Little Rock, led by Raymond Remmel, has donated 2.05 acres at the northeast corner of Frenchmans Lane and Nova Lane in Little Rock to The Nature Conservancy, an Arlington, Virginia-based nonprofit that has offices in Little Rock and Fayetteville.
A spokeswoman with the Little Rock office said the land was donated as part of the nonprofit’s Trade Lands Program. The program allows people to donate land of no conservation value. The Nature Conservancy then sells the land and proceeds from the sale go toward conservation efforts in high-need areas.
