Rebecca Burkman Promoted at LR Water Reclamation Authority (Movers & Shakers)

Rebecca Burkman has been promoted to director of environmental affairs at the Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority. Burkman was previously serving as a laboratory administrator.

Conway Corp. has made promotions in its cable, electric and water departments. In the cable department: Lane McNew and Matt Stephens have been promoted from telecom installer trainee to telecom installer technician one, Alex Bethea has been promoted from telecom construction technician two to three, and John Spotts has been promoted from telecom construction technician four to five. In the electric department, Bryce Hoggard has been promoted from substation and relay technician to journeyman lineman and substation relay technician. In the water department, Matt Smith has been promoted from plant operator to senior plant operator.
