Rebekah Guiltner Named Executive Vice President & COO of FNBC Bank of Ash Flat (Super Mover)

Rebekah Guiltner has been promoted to executive vice president, chief operating officer at FNBC Bank of Ash Flat. In this position, she will work to guide operational strategy, ensure alignment across departments, and strengthen the bank’s performance and engagement. “Rebekah’s proven leadership, deep institutional knowledge, and the respect she has earned across our organization make her exceptionally qualified for this role,” Chad Hudson, president of FNBC Bank, said in a press release announcing the promotion. “Her leadership during our recent core conversion showcased her ability to navigate complex challenges while inspiring confidence and collaboration.”

Guiltner joined FNBC as a clerk in 2000. Since then, she has served in several positions at the bank, including audit assistant, auditor and compliance officer, vice president and internal auditor and senior vice president. She joined the bank’s executive committee in 2024. “FNBC has been my professional home for nearly my entire career, and I am honored to serve in this new role,” Guiltner said. “I look forward to working closely with our talented teams to build on our strong foundation and continue delivering exceptional service to our customers and communities.”

Guiltner completed coursework at the University of Central Arkansas in Conway. In addition, she passed the Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager exam offered by the American Bankers Association of Washington, D.C., and was inducted into the Institute of Certified Bankers. She is a graduate of Salem High School.
