The biggest at nearly $8 million was the 176-unit Fountain at Chenal complex at 15000 Chenal Parkway in west Little Rock.
Deancurt Little Rock LLC of Agawam, Massachusetts, bought the project from Chenal Park Apartments Ltd. of St. Louis.
Pharmacy Sale Leaseback II LLC, overseen by Inland Real Estate Group Inc. of Oak Brook, Illinois, purchased the Little Rock pharmacy at 3901 W. Markham St. for $6.1 million from Walgreen Co. of Deerfield, Illinois.
An investment group out of Santa Cruz, Calif., bought the 96-unit Chamberland Square Apartments at 3127 Jewell Road in Fayetteville for $5.6 million.
Seller: John Ed Chambers III, chairman of Chambers Bancshares Inc. of Danville. The deal was brokered by Little Rock’s Webster Corp.
